In addition, it would have to be unique in the federal state. All this does not count and should be covered up.


The tree is to be cut down and devalued in a similar way to a spruce, so that the financial burden of the felling could be placed on the elderly!

I am in a dance club where we dance at the weekend and have lessons during the week. You have to register for the lessons, but you can just turn up to dance. I am currently doing the work for two colleagues who are ill. All he can think of is: “You don't always have to take everything on yourself, let others do something.”


It was also nonsensical because it was something that I have to do as a substitute for the sick colleague. But why am I constantly being accused of misconduct when I have not done anything wrong. It does not do him any good.

Hello everyone,

I'm brand new here in the forum 41j and m.

I struggle with myself all the time and now I've finally got over it, I can write it down here because it weighs on me and I haven't talked about it in detail with those around me either. It just takes a lot of effort for me to burden someone with it.

I would like to get an assessment of my situation first, because it is often seen quite differently by those affected and by outsiders.

The following situations:

After 17 years of successfully and happily doing the same job (before that I worked in a different department for a few years, but always for the same company), at some point I thought I just wanted to do something new after such a long time. So I decided to change jobs internally on my own initiative. (The new job pays better and is more demanding, and I have the qualifications for it). However, it is completely different from previous job, so to speak, I'm changing careers and have to start from scratch, which I also communicated at the interview. The boss said he was restructuring the areas of responsibility so that my co-worker would get a new, similar, somewhat more demanding task and I would get his minimally easier area. In addition, he (the co-worker) is supposed to move his workplace and I will be put in his place... I had nothing to do with the decision, but it makes more sense for logistical reasons.

I have to admit that a bit of favouritism was involved, which may have had an impact.

I started in this department at the end of October:

First day: brief introduction from the boss, setting up the PC, getting software access, etc. The person training me was supposed to help me with this, but he was very busy. I was understanding about this and had to take care of most things myself. My first day at work was unprepared by him. The boss came over and told him to show me everything. When I asked him what exactly, etc., Then the boss said please start from scratch. You could tell from his expression that he didn't like that at all. Just to clarify: I'm a career changer

Then everything takes its course: he shows me something once (sometimes complex, elaborate things). Then he says something like, ‘You can do that now, next time you do it yourself.’ (I often can't even keep up with writing it down.) When I ask him to please , he just gives me annoyed looks and breathes loudly. If I ask him the same thing a second time, I almost have to persuade him to show me again. But he's always unfriendly about it.

If I get stuck somewhere, I'm just told that we've already done this and you can do it. Unfortunately, that's of no use to me. Sometimes I can ask other colleagues who explain it to me calmly and I understand it afterwards. Unfortunately, that's not always possible because he is actually responsible for me and because I get certain information from him since I am assigned to his area. (The others have been with the company for many years, but he hasn't).

He also unsettles me by asking me when I want to solve something independently, with what are you doing, why are you doing that, what did I tell you how to do it? You could have done this and that in the meantime.

And he sometimes talks to me like I'm a child, and of course others notice that too.

Nobody says anything, though.

He criticises: ‘It's so difficult with you, I can't explain everything to you a thousand times (he does it a maximum of 2 times).

It's a lot of work for him at the moment, but he still finds time to play on his phone for half an hour.

The boss is currently on holiday for a long time and before that on a business trip, so I don't have an official point of contact either. There is a substitute, but she doesn't interfere. I get along with everyone, I'm basically a guy who has to get along with, I'm always friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, it has now come to pass that I feel insecure and unfocused in his presence and therefore make mistakes, which he then, of course, proudly points out to me. ‘This must not happen, how many times have I shown you this now?’ Always in the sh..ton, etc.

I enjoyed going to work in the years before and often looked forward to it because I had great colleagues and a great boss.

Unfortunately, the opposite is the case.

And now it's unfortunately also the case that I can't switch on anymore because it bothers me too much.

I haven't been able to go to the boss yet and I don't want to because I'm being careful so that it doesn't escalate.

Talking to him in the same way is also unlikely to go well, because his tense nature and his mood towards me would not allow a reasonable conversation.

He is always nice and funny with his colleagues (he also has to ask them something).

I just want to know how you assess the situation and which strategies make sense.

I have already gone through all the possibilities in my mind, but I actually want to stay because I have always been fine there and I used to get nothing but praise and recognition.

PS: I think the boss will be informed about my absence through official channels, but I don't know for sure.

Maybe one of you has had similar experiences, any information would really help me.

While doing research on the internet, I saw that the hotel had not gone well either. His new project was also not successful. He had to give it up. The resulting debts were placed on the house.

And now the vultures are circling overhead.

I am not happy about this, because a person who has nothing left to lose is particularly dangerous.


Especially those who have been ‘in the sun’ don't feel particularly comfortable in the shade. He believes he has been treated unfairly by people and the world. Instead of looking for the problem in himself, he blames it on others. As a consequence, he continues to reduce his moral concerns and, if necessary, resorts to criminal means to regain his prosperity.

The authorities cannot take preventive action.


I have published this text here because I believe that it will lead to further, probably even greater problems. I would then like to point out that it was to be expected that there would be further unpleasant events. A clear word from the mayors and other authorities could have prevented this.

Anyone can anonymously publish anything on the internet. It is already common knowledge that foreign forums and servers in particular evade German jurisdiction. Even in social networks, a relatively large amount can be written against others without the person concerned being able to defend themselves.


Denunciation can be seen as a national sport. It is well known that certain authorities are overwhelmed with anonymous denunciations.

The authorities are completely overwhelmed by the anonymous denunciations on the internet. Officials are therefore extremely reluctant to respond to people who present any anonymous publications from the internet against a neighbour, acquaintance or adversary and believe that they are creating evidence.


Indirectly, of course, they do create evidence, albeit counter-productively: anyone who spreads anonymous insults or defamations can even be punished for it if it constitutes the offence of insult , defamation or slander . If we see our good name defiled by an anonymous scribbler on the internet, then we should ask ourselves what kind of medium this internet actually is. What options are there to defend ourselves against it? A lot has already been written on this website: cyberbullying, cyberbullying currently, anti-bullying, shame pages, dirty bullying.

I work in a company and have been head of a department there for a year. I have been in this department for a total of 5 years, at first I was just an employee and as mentioned above I have been the manager for a year now.

I pointed this out to him, but he refused to remove the rubbish. His reason was that he wanted to protect his workshop, a rather run-down building, from burglars.
I used a mini digger to move the rubbish to another part of my garden where it was less of a nuisance,
and my neighbour got really angry. He called me names and threatened to press charges. Then he said he had the right to protect himself against burglars.
I couldn't understand why a burglar would walk half a kilometre through swampy terrain when there was an easy path right outside the neighbour's house. I said the same thing to the neighbour. He replied that phantoms would also take this route to sneak into his house.
I was really perplexed! Phantoms? I thought he was pulling my leg. But, he was very serious. Over the next few weeks, he put up signs, attached coloured plastic ribbons to small ....s and erected a wooden privacy screen. It was all completely pointless, because the direct access to the house was completely open. Two steps and a burglar is at the kitchen door from the local path.
I don't know whether ghosts behave in the same way. But when they see all the prohibition signs and plastic tape, they laugh their heads off. If they're not dead yet.

Dear forum,
I have suffered from complex post-traumatic stress disorder since childhood. My developmental trauma resulted from the war traumatization of my parents, who were both absent without treatment, internally shattered and chaotic as a result of the terrible war atrocities they experienced as children.
Unfortunately, my life is still characterized by fear and panic, despite many years of therapy.
In 2019, I finally dared to take the step of applying for a degree of disability. When I started working for an IT authority in Lower Saxony in 2021, I was overjoyed, but my happiness was short-lived. My line manager J**** had also entrusted me with tasks from his project manager to save his head. I was given tasks that I couldn't manage with my profession. I had to coordinate closely with the project manager and therefore had to work from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., which is why I fell ill. The Working Hours Protection Act was violated several times and the duty of care was neglected, which nobody cares about, not even the court. After I came back from my illness, I was given a personnel appointment. I didn't know what it was about at all, I was only given the option of whether the representative body for severely disabled employees should be present. When I said yes, I was told that they didn't know what it was about, but that they wanted to part with me. During the interview, I faced various accusations, for example that I hadn't worked, only made mistakes and had jeopardized IT.N's reputation. I was blindsided because I had never been told before that they were not satisfied with my performance. Mr. *** also told me that I wasn't capable of putting my horsepower on the road. The blow stung and damaged me deeply. When I tried to respond to the accusations, Mr. **** suddenly started laughing and rolling his eyes to show me how stupid I was being. The HR manager, Ms. T****, then cut me off. After the interview, I had a breakdown and was unable to work for a year. I registered as unemployed on time and filed applications, criminal charges for libel and slander and notified the state social welfare office, but nobody cared, maybe because of the pandemic?
In 2023, I was finally ready to go back to work, but then my nightmare began again. My old employer IT.N forgot to deregister me, although they continued to receive the payslips in-house. So instead of the employment agency paying me, I received other benefits, which I didn't notice because I was ill. When the mistake became known, I collapsed again and have been living in fear and panic ever since.

In 2023, I was finally ready to go back to work, but then my nightmare began again. My old employer IT.N forgot to deregister me, although they continued to receive my payslips at home. Due to my illness, I was no longer able to open my mail, so a default judgment was issued. When my mail was opened by a notary, I explained my point of view and my experiences and violations of the law. All my certificates were sent to the judge, Ms. ****, but everything was dismissed. My concerns were not heard again. I tried to lodge an appeal myself within the deadline, but I'm not a lawyer. Judge **** reasoning discriminates against my illness. She claims that despite medical diagnoses and certificates, I couldn't prove why I didn't act immediately. She also gave the wrong date for her reasoning, yet everything is legally valid, despite my objections. Because of my appeal, I thought I was in an open case, while the bailiffs who had been appointed were determined to enforce the judgment. Arrest warrants were issued against me and although I submitted a sick note from the street ambulance, a garnishment was initiated at my employer's by postal delivery certificate.
Due to the retroactive deregistration, I no longer have health insurance. Since then, I have been living in fear, panic and an absolute state of threat, as I have already told you. I was unable to defend myself against the verbal violence I experienced from Mr. **** in 2021 because nobody cared and now it is the same again in 2023, I am suffering without anyone being affected.
I am held solely responsible and have to bear the consequences for the mistakes of others alone. I sleep very badly, I'm scared every day. The person who made me ill in 2021 is allowed to do it again with impunity in 2023. For me, it's assault, but what else can I say if nobody cares. Maybe it's normal for sick people to be over-emotional and considered worth less?

The title says it all.
I work with a small group of colleagues in a department in a larger company. For a while now, I've noticed some negative things, for example that organizational matters are discussed without me and I'm often left clueless. I don't know whether this is a coincidence or intentional. At meetings, the department sits together and only I sit at another table. Sometimes people go to the canteen together, but no one has ever asked me. They're normally friendly towards me, so there's no question of open rejection. But I'm sure they talk about me behind my back, that's the feeling. The head of department doesn't show it openly either, she mostly ignores me. I know that I was only hired a few years ago out of desperation because there were no other applications for the position, she didn't like me even then. I feel totally excluded, I realize that I'm being ignored because they probably think I have no idea, but how can I if nobody informs me? I haven't done anything wrong, on the contrary, I try really hard to please everyone. But I'm withdrawing more now because I don't want to show that it's bothering me, I often go home crying.
