    Anyone who is constantly exposed to mental stress at school or at work often goes into overdrive; everyone probably knows this problem. But what many people don't know: The brain can also be relieved with small aids and thus concentration can be increased in the same breath. Especially people who have had difficulties focusing their attention so far should take these tips to heart, but they can also be interesting for everyone else, because everyone knows the moments during the day when concentration wanes.

    Avoid distractions:

    In order not to lose focus on one thing, distractions should be avoided. At home, for example, these are the television or radio and the mobile phone. At school or at work, these can be other people. Listening to classical music, on the other hand, can be helpful, which in many cases even serves to sharpen attention to factual situations.

    Do not multitask:

    While sometimes multitasking is efficient, it can also contribute to fragmenting the focus of concentration. For simple tasks that do not require full attention, multitasking can be useful. However, when the goal is to strengthen mental abilities, it may prevent individuals from focusing one hundred percent of their mind on a specific goal.

    Uncomfortable working posture:

    Posture during a learning process can also lead to disrupting the flow of our thoughts. A bad chair that permanently damages our sitting posture and possibly leads to vertebral and neck problems will hinder our concentration in the long run. Ergonomics is therefore the magic formula when it comes to choosing the correct seat for studying new knowledge.
