    Nowadays, most people have almost no opportunity to relax due to work and raising children. In the evening, free time is often used to catch up on what was missed during the day. In the process, it often gets late and sleep comes too short. Yet it is precisely sleep that is one of the most important factors for our mental performance. An adult should sleep at least 7 hours per night. This has already been confirmed in various studies and can be confirmed by all people from their own experience.
    After a night with little sleep one feels tired, mentally anything but efficient and also the concentration leaves much to be desired. Completely in contrast to a night in which one sleeps well and sufficiently. During the night, our body and above all our brain, including its brain cells, recovers from the impressions of the previous day. If one suffers from insufficient sleep quality for too long, a doctor should be consulted. In the long run, lack of sleep can affect our immune system by weakening it and making the body much more susceptible to illness.
    Furthermore, our blood sugar can also become unbalanced due to a disturbed hormone release. For this reason, it should be said: Always try to get enough sleep to stay healthy!
