Some years ago, I happened to buy a larger property. The property partly encloses the property of my neighbor. On the very small plot of the neighbor is a house.
She has found that she can sell her house much more expensive when she gets my property. She has proposed to exchange my property for a worthless piece of swamp.
I refused the exchange. Now she threatens to spread rumors and denounce me. What should I do ?
