Bullying by neighbors

I do not want to write everything here. However, am paraded and bullied by neighbors and strangers even in public places. Insults are also inside and so much more.

But what I don't understand about the whole thing is how so many things that you have spoken exclusively in your own home, find themselves in other places, doctor's offices, with neighbors and complete strangers to me (who then parade me).

Does anyone have similar experiences? How can something like this happen? Phone tapping by something? Or some other technical means? And if so, how is it spread like that.

I don't put anything on the net myself, I don't own a smartphone.

Anyone who falls victim to bullying would like to gather evidence to take legal action against the perpetrator. Mobbing ist am Arbeitsplatz leider häufig, kann aber auch zuhause durch die Nachbarn erfolgen. Möchte man Beweismaterial schaffen, mit dem das Mobbing eindeutig unter Beweis gestellt werden kann. Oft wird empfohlen, ein Mobbing Tagebuch zu führen, in dem die einzelnen Ereignisse so genau wie möglich mit Zeit und Ort zu dokumentieren. Bleibt es jedoch lediglich bei dem Tagebuch, so ist das natürlich immer eine subjektive Schilderung, die von dem Mobber leicht geleugnet werden kann.
