I'm new here and on the basis of internet searches on this forum.

I want to briefly describe my situation and listen to your opinion.

So I have been living in a new apartment block with
5 apartments for 5 years (4 floors per 5 apartments).

I live the last apartment on the 4th floor and the lady described in the title
next to me. This apartment is accessible via a common corridor, which is separated
to the stairwell with a glass door.

Over the winter the neighbor kept the windows in this course constantly tipped
and sometimes also kept for 1 hour completely open, as it stinks in her
opinion in the course and it is not...
