Threat and coercion ? My neighbor has blocked me on a way with his car and prevented me from driving on

My neighbor blocked me on a path with his car. It is a dirt road, I could not pass him. He stood there for at least 5 minutes, looking in the rear view mirror, etc.
I was afraid he was going to get out. It is very difficult to reverse on the path (hollow path). I probably would not have been able to drive away from him. The nearest houses are over a kilometer away. Cars rarely drive on this path. Maybe three a day.
