  • How can you replace Wegovy, Ozempic, Semaglutide, Ribelsus etc.?

First of all, three important points should be noted:

    1. “Slimming drugs” are very expensive. The annual requirement costs around 3600 euros (300 euros per month).

    2. The side effects can be serious.

    3. After discontinuation, the well-known yoyo effect occurs.

But Wegovy is helpful for realizing how much food you actually need and how little we are allowed to eat to lose weight.

With Wegovy you can learn to lose weight.

The biggest problem is probably our general attitude towards food. Eating is part of our culture

It is common practice to prepare food so that it tastes good. That's the problem, because then you almost automatically want to eat more.

The food industry has been working for a long time to produce food that is as tasty as possible.

With sugar, salt, fat, alcohol, spices and flavorings, mixtures are created that literally force our bodies to eat more than necessary.

Chocolate bars, chocolates, and cakes are the best examples of this. Ready meals and fast food are also designed to provoke “overeating”.

But even our normal habits lead to obesity. We rave about a good meal in a restaurant, or praise a particularly successful recipe.

But the result is ultimately also obesity, because who goes hungry after an opulent meal in a good restaurant.

How can you replace Wegovy? How can you lose weight? How can you maintain your optimal weight permanently?

The answer is simple, but difficult to implement.

Obesity works similarly to alcohol addiction or drug addiction.

Perhaps reducing obesity is even more problematic than giving up alcohol. Alcohol is widely available, but you can live without it. We have to eat food, though.

But it helps to “treat” obesity in a similar way to alcohol addiction.

You would not normally tell an alcoholic how good a cool beer tasted on a hot day. Nor would the enjoyment of an excellent wine be the subject of a conversation in the presence of an alcoholic.

But, on the contrary, you would talk about exquisite culinary delights even in the presence of a fat person.
