According to my doctor, a lot of stress and all the bad news in the last few years have caused me to have nervousness-related sleep problems. For me personally, this results in a lack of concentration, which I have to struggle with on a daily basis - all day long. In addition, when I can't concentrate, I also sometimes get angry and then attack the people around me, sometimes verbally hurting them with words. When I reacted verbally hurtful with words to a statement of my friend, she took me "by the hand" and said that I had to do something against my concentration problems. It's not only the environment in the home office and the feeling of being locked up there, it's also a downright fainting because I just can't find my way into work and that's also because of a lack of time management. My friend, while "taking me by the hand", made the suggestion that we go to a yoga class together. She said that this training would have helped her to concentrate better on her work and to be more balanced in everyday life. I am curious about that. Next week is the first day of the course and I already had to do something for it, namely to think about time management and to divide my work so that I have time for the visit of the yoga course. So the first positive effect it has already had on me, even without doing the first yoga exercise.
