I need to do this because I'm about to finish my degree and my performance has been slipping for a few months. I have noticed that myself. I just didn't think the professor would care. But he has now offered to sacrifice a few minutes of lecture time or add a few minutes and talk to us about concentration. Because it's not just me who is affected, but others too. Many have already resorted to medication. I am afraid to take this step. I have tried chocolate and I think I have gained some weight. For me, it's all becoming stressful. First of all, the professor told us to turn off our smartphones during the lecture. Because push messages from others and also talking quietly to each other via WhatsApp during the lecture are pure poison. I mean, I'm glad that this was brought up. And we all tried it out in the next lecture and I think that my attention to the lecture has already increased. At home, I no longer have the stress of having to reread everything I missed due to lack of concentration.
