I am new here in the forum because I am not quite sure if I am being bullied by my colleagues at my workplace. For a few weeks now, I have noticed that whenever I enter a room, my colleagues suddenly stop talking, turn around and then leave the room one by one. For example, when I go into the smoking room to smoke. In the canteen, everyone sits down so that the tables are already occupied and if I manage to get a seat before the others, no one else sits down with me. I have no explanation for this behaviour and just a few weeks ago I was relatively popular. At least my colleagues haven't behaved like this yet. What should I do? Should I confront my colleagues directly with my suspicions. I don't really dare because I always think that I'm imagining things. What do you think? Can you help me, because I can't stand this state of mind for much longer, but I don't want to quit.

Colleagues "cut" you, so bullying. Use what you have: a biting sense of humour ! Or, how else is "swineyard" to be understood ?von Natur aus cool
