Employee is being bullied

Hello, I am the boss of 10 employees. During the employee appraisals, I was told that some of them are being bullied by just one employee. I would like to talk to this employee...but I am still undecided how to approach the issue. Does anyone have any ideas or experience?

You can address the topic in a very general way, as it is currently on everyone's lips. Just ask if he/she has any ideas on how to avoid bullying. You can get in through the back door, so to speak. Bullies are generally also very communicative. They also like to gossip or denounce.
You can take a tricky approach to stop a bully in his/her tracks.
