My colleague and I have been working together for almost 4 years. We started on the same day. We have two positions as team assistants in a public authority. It wasn't particularly easy with her from the start because she's never really liked me and I've always had the impression that she's somehow jealous of me. But somehow we got along anyway because we have to work very closely together.




For some time now, things have taken a very unpleasant turn. My colleague's behavior has become increasingly uncooperative and very self-centered. But that's not all. Last week, I noticed in a few situations that she was trying to manipulate me and make me feel insecure. I'm familiar with this kind of behavior from another job. Now I'm afraid that the situation will get worse and I'll have to fear for my job because she's setting a trap for me and I'll fall for it.
