The weather is going crazy. The earth keeps heating up and it's really cold outside. So, let's save on heating costs. Less electricity, because shut-offs are imminent. Less gas, because the storage tanks will soon be empty. Wood for the fireplace: price tripled! Oil heating - an absolute no-go.
Sorry guys but what now. Should I stick to the chimney and throw logs ?
It is very simple, we have used up in 200 years the energy that was stored in millions of years. Unpleasant side effect, the stored carbon dioxide was also released. This leads to the greenhouse effect and the next warm period of the earth.
Let's not kid ourselves, it will get warmer, even if it is snowing at the moment. We have an exciting winter ahead of us !
