People with a bad character and/or mental disorders tend to inform on others. You have to be careful with such people: they also betray family members, friends and neighbors. Sometimes they also simply invent a supposed criminal act and go to the police with it.

I see two problems here: on the one hand, the police are overloaded with these ‘petty cases’ and generously leave the reports lying around, or they file a report.

On the other hand, if you defend yourself, you quickly end up in criminal law
