  • And the vulture of bankruptcy circles over my neighbour.

At first, everything looked quite good. The neighbour introduced himself as a respectable businessman and hotel owner. He was friendly and considerate.

You're happy to have a good neighbour.

But the property he had bought had a lot of pitfalls. The sanitary facilities were in need of renovation. The wastewater practically flowed untreated into the nearest stream. The boundary posts had been removed, thus creating the illusion of a larger property. In fact, there was a boundary directly behind the house, which meant that the garden shrank to a few square metres. The pond belonging to the house had not been approved and the water reached right up to the property line. Instead of seeking a dialogue, the neighbour now chose the path of attack, defamation and filing complaints with manipulated evidence.

But the police saw through his dirty game and dropped all the proceedings he had instigated. This showed the public very clearly his true character.

While doing research on the internet, I saw that the hotel had not gone well either. His new project was also not successful. He had to give it up. The resulting debts were placed on the house.

And now the vultures are circling overhead.

I am not happy about this, because a person who has nothing left to lose is particularly dangerous.

Especially those who have been ‘in the sun’ don't feel particularly comfortable in the shade. He believes he has been treated unfairly by people and the world. Instead of looking for the problem in himself, he blames it on others. As a consequence, he continues to reduce his moral concerns and, if necessary, resorts to criminal means to regain his prosperity.

The authorities cannot take preventive action.

I have published this text here because I believe that it will lead to further, probably even greater problems. I would then like to point out that it was to be expected that there would be further unpleasant events. A clear word from the mayors and other authorities could have prevented this.

But who wants to have anything to do with such troublemakers?

Could it be that the neighbour deliberately bought a property that is particularly encumbered? Is it possible that he made enquiries beforehand to see if he could offload the hassle onto you? Did he speak to you before the purchase? If not, then it seems likely that he planned from the outset to enhance the property retrospectively by putting you under pressure.

Right of way, for example, is a popular way to increase the value of a property. The buyer finds out beforehand whether he can possibly fight for a new route that has significant advantages. Then he threatens to go to court, or he knows someone at the relevant authorities. Then you are put under pressure and he thinks he can increase the value if you give in. He may assume that he is the smarter one. Or the more insolent!

Quote: ‘The pond belonging to the house was not approved and the water reaches directly to the property line.’

Ponds are usually required to be at a certain distance from property lines.

For drainage/flooding reasons, many municipalities do not allow ponds that are less than 3 to 7 metres from the neighbouring property.

      Ich grüße Euch !
      Je vous salue !
      Greetings to you !

Yes, I know that only too well! Some people want to make big money at the expense of others. If things don't go well, it's usually because of the others. Then all moral considerations are thrown overboard. Manipulating documents and evidence is the lesser of the two sins.

These people lose all humanity and only seek their personal financial advantage.

The idea of fighting for a right of way, despite the clear legal situation, is just what they need. Perhaps the neighbour will lose his nerve or become ill, and then you can drive where it is most convenient again. And the price of your own property has risen accordingly.

Unfortunately, this tour is not new and sometimes still successful!

My neighbour bought a Porsche. The whole neighbourhood was envious. He showed it off and looked down on everyone else as idiots.

Now it has been revealed that it was only a leased car. All hot air!
