My neighbor is not ticking right, he is simply crazy !

It started when he dumped cut grass on a strip of land that belongs to me. I talked to him and he wanted to remove the grass. But, nothing happened. Then, all of a sudden, there was an old bicycle and two car tires on the site. The neighbors complained to me. After all, it is my place! I spoke again with the causer. He promised to remedy the situation. Then suddenly there were old tin cans and bottles next to the car tires. The neighbor smiled, when I addressed in again. I wanted to hit him, but my wife held my arm. Then came a letter from the municipality, I should clear the place. Totally crazy! What should I do ? Today there were still two plastic bags with garbage on the square ! The neighbor drove by on his electric bike and smiled again ! Who is crazy now, me, my neighbor or the whole world. At least I got my desired name here in the forum.
