Maybe someone here has the same problem: my neighbor has ( had ) cancer. He was operated and supposedly everything is fine. But, his behavior has changed drastically since then. Where wei used to be able to talk, now there is an icy silence. When he sees me, he looks down. A boundary problem that was not a problem before, now causes him to go to the courts. I have the impression that he has changed psychologically very much. What should I do ?

My neighbour was seriously ill. What would have merely led to a smile in a healthy person, he perceived as a threat or attack. This went so far that he constantly made complaints. Fortunately, the police realised that he was no longer normal and dealt with the reports accordingly.
Once he had a good day and invited me to smoke a "peace pipe" with him.
A week later he called the police again because I was "cutting grass too loudly".
