My neighbor is waging an asymmetric war against me with the help of the authorities. It works like this: he calls an authority and accuses me of a crime. This costs him 1o minutes of consideration and 3 minutes on the phone.
But for me it means that first I have to understand the accusation or have it translated, because I don't speak the local language well. Then I have to try to find evidence to refute the neighbor's accusations. Again, this takes several hours. Afterwards, a letter to the competent authority has to be formulated, which again requires a translation. Total effort about 2 days compared to a few minutes for my neighbor.
This is an asymmetrical war.
Of course, I can go to a lawyer. But here, too, the processing is difficult due to the language problems.
So all in all, I can only run after an argumentation, because no sooner have I finished answering the first accusation than my neighbor already formulates the second invented accusation.
