On 6 Oct 2019, unjustified complaint to the police for cutting grass

On 10 Nov 2019, letter from Mr *'s lawyer with fabricated accusations and the announcement of a lawsuit.

Between November 2020, several calls, letters and emails from a surveyor's office at Mr *'s request.

On 11 July 2021, after a survey, various threats,

On 12. 9. 2021, demonstrably objectively false accusations to the police to emphasise his threats and distract from his own aggressive behaviour.

Between January and August 2021, letters and phone calls to our mayor with untrue allegations.
On 14 December 2022, complaint to the police with a completely fabricated accusation

Thank you for your contribution! I had a similar experience with my neighbor. He reported me, I had to go to the police and was fingerprinted. Then I needed an expert and a lawyer. All because of fabricated, i.e. completely invented, accusations!
I find it absolutely unbelievable that it's so easy to get yourself into such trouble with false accusations.

The amount of false accusations is truly remarkable. I suppose the gentleman is known to be "difficult" and no one wants to mess with him. But false accusations are not a trivial offense. Go to a lawyer and press charges through your lawyer. Possibly also call in an expert.
Then it will be expensive for the gentleman and experience has shown that this is the most effective medicine against such people!
