That is exactly what is going wrong in Germany. There were also times in which workers are kept together (is no fairy tale). This is evidence not just of an intelligent action, but it is not only the bullies times in the neck (the workplace). Last end these subjects are also sometime off just will not look far ahead. I for one have several bullies verbally cornered, and so reached no further bullying actions of these subjects made more. But there will always be bullies somewhere, then I decide whether I need these people or verbally abfertige. Basically it would be a full time job, you want to be "busy" with all bullies, this is only my time is too precious.
