I bought a house based on statements made by municipal officials. Then land consolidation took place and I didn't get the road.


I went to court and lost. The ruling was based on the fact that municipal officials generally do not have in-depth legal knowledge. Anyone who believes them has only themselves to blame.

All in all, the matter cost me over €50,000. The loss in value of the property alone, due to poor transport links, amounts to approximately €40,000.

If I had thought about it for five minutes, I would have realized that these people only care about themselves. But I was just greedy and thought it was my big chance....

Si j'avais réfléchi 5 minutes, j'aurais vu que ces gens ne pensent qu'à leur propre intérêt. Mais, j'étais juste avide et je pensais que c'était ma grande chance....

J'ai acheté une maison en me fiant aux déclarations des agents municipaux. Puis, il y a eu un remembrement et je n'ai pas obtenu le chemin.


Je suis allé devant les tribunaux et j'ai perdu. Le jugement a été motivé par le fait que les fonctionnaires municipaux n'ont généralement pas de connaissances juridiques approfondies. Ceux qui les croient n'ont qu'à s'en prendre à eux-mêmes.

Au total, cette affaire m'a coûté plus de 50 000 euros. La perte de valeur du bien immobilier, due à son mauvais accès, s'élève à environ 40 000 euros....

Im Vertrauen auf die Aussagen von Gemeindedienern habe ich ein Haus gekauft. Dann kam die Flurbereinigung und ich bekam den Weg nicht.
Ich bin vor Gericht gegangen und habe verloren. Man begründete das Urteil damit, dass Gemeindediener im allgemeinen keine profunden juristischen Kentnisse haben. Wer ihnen glaubt ist selber schuld.
Dei Sache hat mit alles in allem über 50 000 Euro gekostet. Allein der Wertverlust der Immobilie, mangelhafte Verkehrsanbindung, beträgt ca. 40 000.

Wenn ich fünf Minuten nachgedacht hätte, hätte ich gesehen, dass diese Leute nur auf ihren eigenen Vorteil bedacht sind. Aber ich war einfach nur gierig und dachte, das sei meine große Chance....
