Actually, I was very happy about my new employment. The job description seemed very versatile, the pay was good, and my previous experience was taken into account. In the beginning, everything was okay, too. My boss informed me daily about upcoming topics and involved me in current tasks. He was therefore actively interested in my performance and valued my work. However, this is gradually changing. Lately, I don't get to see him for days at a time, and if he has any additional work in addition to my day-to-day business, it is usually activities far below my requirements profile. Own creativity and own thinking is not (anymore) demanded from him. Quite the opposite, he even recently crossed out a report of mine and asked me to start all over...
