Emergency, food rationing, curfews, triage, what else can we expect in the corona crisis? We've been hit hard! The Coronavirus is raging through the world. And already we have to reckon with measures that we only knew from disaster movies so far. Bavaria declares a state of emergency. Other federal states will surely follow. What does this mean? In case of an emergency the German Federal Armed Forces can be used against their own people. Or the oil can be pumped out of the tank in the cellar.
