Due to the fact that I work at home since the beginning of the Corona pandemic, I feel that I can no longer concentrate as well. I get up a lot, do my household chores in between. I think in the long run it's not so good that I don't fully concentrate on my work. I am self-employed, but I have noticed that I can do less work within a certain time. Also, my motivation to get to work often suffers because I just can't concentrate as well. I do have a separate office and am shielded from the rest of the family, but they always pop up in between and then I naturally interrupt my work. In unserem Unternehmen mit < 10 Mitarbeitern läuft die meiste Kommunikation über emails da an verschiedenen Standorten und zT vom Home Office gearbeitet wird.
Von den ältesten Mitarbeitern (> 50 Jahre ) gibt es bei Treffen immer wieder negative Bemerkungen gegen Neue. Auf email Anfragen an die besagten Mitarbeiter kommt meist keine Antwort mehr. Die Kommunikation ist abgebrochen und läuft nur über einen Vermittler, der auch gar keine direkte Kommunikation mehr ermöglicht und die Arbeiten so einteilt, daß
unterschiedliche Gruppen gebildet werden ohne Kontakt. Aber auch das ist nicht unproblematisch.

Was ist da schief gelaufen und wie lässt es sich beheben ?
