In some court rulings, not only the dissemination of secret recordings was deemed inadmissible, but also the taking of secret photos or film recordings.
However, openly visible surveillance cameras that only record one's own property are permitted.

I was just reading along here at first and then realized that many people feel the same way I do. When groups of people turn on another person and do organized malicious things to hurt, upset or drive that person to emotional outbursts, that is bullying. There's little an individual can do about it other than stand apart. Here's an experience of mine:
