Ich habe einige Beiträge gelesen und komme zu dem Schluss, dass wahrscheinlich eine ganze Reihe von Mobbingproblemen auf Überempfindlichkeit, ja sogar Einbildung - negative Phantasien zurück zu führen sind. Hinter meinem Rücken wird getuschelt ... Aber was wird getuschelt ? Ist es tatsächlich etwas Negatives ?
Die Kollegen senken die Köpfe wenn ich vorbei gehe. Ja, vielleicht tun sie das aber auch bei anderen Personen. Weil man sich eben nicht in den offenen Mund schauen lassen will.
