  • Bullying or paranoia ?  Are we deceiving ourselves through fears and delusions of persecution ? Is this really bullying ?

I have read some posts and come to the conclusion that probably quite a few bullying problems are due to hypersensitivity, even imagination - negative fantasies. There are whispers behind my back ... But what is being whispered ? Is it really something negative ?
Colleagues bow their heads when I walk by. Yes, but maybe they do the same with other people. Because they don't want to have their mouths open.
Then there's the sabotage of work equipment, computers, etc.
I have a computer in a room that is locked off from me. Nevertheless, there are always problems. Especially printouts cause problems again and again. This is nobody's fault. Except perhaps the manufacturer.
What if the computer and the printer were in the same office? Who would I blame ? A colleague, of course, who always looks at me from the side.
    Does that sound familiar?
It's not always bullying that looks like bullying!

it will not always be possible to tell the difference in individual cases. Bullying makes people sensitive and nervous. It is very easy to misjudge the situation or the behavior of certain people. It is best to write down the incidents and then evaluate them later. 20% stupid chatter is completely normal, even if it is annoying.
