Neighbor bullying, my neighbor always runs straight to the lawyer, at the slightest problem, or he even invents something. What should I do ?

    neighborhood bullying

What should I do? I mean, I can't have my neighbor committed to a psychiatric ward, even though I'm convinced it's a purely psychological problem with him.
He hears something, thinks it's my lawnmower and the lawyer writes ...
My lawn is damp, he thinks watering is not allowed and the lawyer writes ...
Window broken, of course it was my children and the lawyer writes ...
Air escaped from his bicycle tire, I am to blame ! And the lawyer writes ...

My question, can I actually report the neighbor for neighborhood bullying ?

My question, can I actually report the neighbour for neighbourhood bullying?

This question is best answered by a lawyer. It sounds funny, but it shows the crux of our legal system. If you don't speak up, it can be interpreted as an admission of guilt.

Answer the lawyer and deny everything. Collect documents, keep a diary and take photos. Possibly also confirm the facts with witnesses. The neighbour's method of throwing dirt until something sticks is well known. Building up a threatening backdrop with the help of a lawyer is also not new.

There is an unsubtle way to answer

You take a writing program and mix important things with completely irrelevant things. The whole thing over 10 or more pages. No insults, accusations etc.
You send the "weighty letter" to the opposing lawyer. He has to read the whole text (or his secretary) and charges the opponent a corresponding fee.
But, you did not get the tip from me !

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your neighbors. It can be frustrating and stressful to deal with these types of situations.

If you feel comfortable doing so, it may be helpful to talk to your neighbors directly and try to address the issues. Approach them in a calm and respectful manner and try to find a mutually agreeable solution. It's possible that they may not be aware that their behavior is causing a problem, and a simple conversation could help to resolve the issue.

If you don't feel comfortable speaking with your neighbors directly or if you've already tried to address the issues and they persist, you may want to consider contacting a mediator or a local community organization for assistance. They may be able to provide guidance or help to facilitate a conversation between you and your neighbors.

It's also important to document any incidents or issues that occur, including the date, time, and nature of the problem. This information can be helpful if you need to involve authorities or take legal action.

Remember to prioritize your safety and well-being, and try to remain calm and respectful in all interactions with your neighbors.
